Bjørn Petter Lindhom appointed CEO

Following several important contracts, Bjørn Petter Lindhom has been appointed permanent CEO of EMGS.

In October 2018 it was announced that Bjørn Petter Lindhom had been appointed interim CEO of Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS). The board of directors has now resolved to make the appointment permanent.

Eystein Eriksrud, Chairman of the board, is pleased with the positive developments of EM in the market, EMGS winning important projects in the past years around the world.

“The Company has secured a number of important contracts, including Pemex and South-East Asia, which has further strengthened the Company’s leading position within the global EM market”, Eriksrud said.

The fast implementation of EM measurements in the exploration workflow was showcased at the NCS Exploration 2019 conference, where Jan Petter Morten, R&D Manager at EMGS, presented DeepBlue, a Joint Industry Project between EMGS, Equinor, Shell.
